OUR MISSION:

to build confidence and self esteem in girls+ and gender non-conforming youth through arts and music programming,

to provide a safe and inclusive space for exploring and creating original music,

to give girls+ and gender non-conforming youth experience of performing live on stage through our end of camp showcase.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

2 hour sessions each week for 8 weeks (rotating throughout the year)

Over the course of the programme, participants learn to play an instrument, form bands, write original songs, design artwork & merchandise for their band, and finally take to the stage with their new bandmates in an end of camp showcase!

WANT TO BE INVOLVED?

GIRLS+ ROCK SHEFFIELD is open to youth aged 10-17 who identify as female, non-binary or gender expansive.

All levels of musical experience are welcome! Never played before? Jump on board! Seasoned musician? Join us!
